Meet Dr. Sam
Dr. Sam has been a physical therapy clinician in the orthopaedic setting for the past 9 years. He ran Track and Cross Country at UGA while getting a Kinesiology degree. Afterwards he went to University of North Georgia for PT school. He did an Orthopaedic Residency with Mercer University in 2015 and got his Orthopaedic Clinical specialty in 2016.
He tore his ACL in 2010 while playing soccer, and started cycling as part of his rehab. As he started to enjoy cycling more he began to get involved in Triathlons and Half Ironman races.
He enjoys working with all ages, but he has a special place for treating fellow endurance athletes and ACL repairs as he can personally relate to their struggles.
